These compactors bring several benefits in this type of treatment.
EPS is not biodegradable and when not compressed it often ends on landfill where the light, but expansive material creates significant problems. When compacted the EPS waste can be sold for recycling and even generate an income.

Our EPS compactors have a low energy consumption. In contrast to other manufacturers of EPS compactors, it does not add heat to the process. The EPS waste creates the required heat itself through friction.

EPS waste can be compacted at the ratio of 50:1 with our screw compactors. Before compacting 50 trucks were needed to take the EPS waste to landfill and now only one truck is needed. The compacted blocks can be stacked on a pallet and sold for recycling. On a truck or in a container approx. 20 tonnes can be loaded.

We can develop several solutions to meet demands for the different sizes and shapes of EPS material. Through dialogue with our costumers on the flow of the scrap EPS, we are constantly enhancing the possibilities of handling different types of EPS-products.
